From 20th December onwards, our logistics partners at Cheeky Rascals will continue to dispatch orders right up until Christmas Eve, but cannot guarantee that these parcels will be delivered before Christmas.

UK mainland shipping (estimated 1-2 business days) for most orders is £3.95.

For larger orders - including NHS, wholesale and sling library shipping orders - of 3 or more Izmi Baby Wraps or Carriers, shipping cost is £5.95 to £9.95 (calculated at checkout) and takes estimated 1-2 business days. 

International orders have a minimum order value of GBP £20 excluding shipping. Shipping to Europe and non-mainland UK, including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man (estimated 5-7 business days) is £15. Rest of the world (estimated 7-10 business days) is £25.

Customs fees, import duties and taxes vary by country and product. Calculation and payment of these charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are NOT included in the shipping cost.

When making a purchase on the Izmi website, please note that your payment will be processed by our distribution partner, Cheeky Rascals Limited ("Cheeky Rascals"). Therefore, you will see that the payment is taken by Cheeky Rascals on your payment statement.

After your payment is processed by Cheeky Rascals, they will take care of the dispatch and delivery of your order. This means that Cheeky Rascals will handle the shipping logistics and ensure that your purchased items reach you in a timely manner. Cheeky Rascals use DPD, Royal Mail and UK Mail to send orders.

Delivery time to Europe and non-mainland UK is estimated 5-7 working days. Delivery time to all other countries is estimated 7-10 working days.
