Returns and Exchanges


Izmi carriers and wraps are highly adjustable to suit different body shapes and different sized babies. If yours doesn't feel perfectly comfortable right away, it's usually because it's not yet perfectly adjusted for you and your baby.

That's why we offer a free 15min video fit check with every carrier purchase, to make sure your carrier is set up safely and comfortably.

Simply WhatsApp video call the Izmi team on 07984 377 871, 10am-5pm Tuesday to Saturday. Please have your order number ready to give us. We don't book these calls in advance, as babies don't tend to stick to diaries!

If the team is busy with other parents and can't pick up right away, please try again later or leave us a message and we'll call you back as soon as we're available.

We hope that you will love your purchase from Izmi. It can take a few tries to get comfy in your carrier or wrap, so our expert team is on hand to help. Please contact us and one of us will reply as soon as we can. 

We can only accept returned items that are unused and in their original as-new condition. Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags, labels and instruction manuals undamaged. We cannot refund items that have been worn or washed.

If you do wish to return an item, please inform us via email at within 28 days of receiving your order. We must then receive the item(s) within the next 14 days.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We suggest using a tracked, insured service, as items remain your responsibility until they are in our possession.

Once we have received the returned item, we will send you a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) within 7 days of receiving the item(s) back. We will refund to the credit/debit card or PayPal account that you used for the original purchase. Please note the refund may take some days to appear in your account, depending on your credit/debit card provider.

We do not refund shipping fees.

We are happy to offer exchanges, subject to availability once products have been returned to us as per our returns policy.

While we always endeavour to provide accurate images of our products, please note that all images on this website are for representation purposes only.  Please note that the actual colour and appearance of all our products, particularly where made of fabric, may be different to how they appear when viewed on a screen, and may have slight variations in colour and texture when compared to the product photos provided.

In the unlikely event that an item you purchase from us is faulty, you can return it to us.

You must notify us in writing by email to within 14 days of receiving it, stating that the goods are faulty. We will then send instructions on how to return faulty goods to us or the manufacturer. All goods must be returned to us in a satisfactory condition. Please note we will not be able to refund items that have been damaged due to misuse.

Please do not post faulty goods back to us without contacting us first, as we will be unable to refund postage costs. We do not refund shipping fees.
