They're almost identical. The Breeze version just has a mesh body panel for extra air-flow.

The Izmi Toddler Carrier is made from soft, light, naturally breathable cotton.
The Breeze version has a soft, polyester mesh panel, for extra ventilation to help keep your toddler cool.
Aside from that, they're identical. Both the regular and Breeze carriers are suitable for all seasons.
